Welcome to Cheers App

Thank you for choosing our Cheers App (hereinafter referred to as "Cheers"). This user agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this agreement") is a legal agreement between you and us. Please read and understand the following terms carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 By downloading, installing or using Cheers in any way, you agree to abide by all the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please stop using Cheers immediately.

1.2 We have the right to modify this agreement at any time and announce the modified terms within Cheers. The modified terms take effect from the day of the announcement. Your continued use of Cheers indicates that you have accepted the revised agreement.

2. Software Features

2.1 Cheers is a dot matrix caption text display application, providing users with the function of displaying custom content on their mobile phones.

2.2 Cheers has built-in various fonts, colors and effects, users can choose and set according to their needs.

2.3 We will continuously update and improve this software to provide a better user experience, but we don't promise to implement specific functions or meet specific needs.

3. Payment Method

3.1 Cheers currently offers three payment methods: weekly subscription, annual subscription, and lifetime membership buyout.

3.2 Cheers's subscription service is automatically renewed through the Apple Store, unless you cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period, your subscription will be automatically renewed and billed through your iTunes account.

3.3 Lifetime membership buyout is a one-time payment, after purchase, you will permanently unlock all the current paid features of Cheers.

3.4 You agree and authorize us to charge the relevant fees to your designated payment account.

4. User Responsibility

4.1 You promise to abide by national laws and regulations when using Cheers and not to use Cheers for any illegal or irregular activities, including but not limited to posting illegal information, infringing on the rights of others, etc.

4.2 You should properly keep your mobile device and related account information, and bear any disclosure or loss of account information due to your own reasons.

4.3 You may not reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to obtain Cheers's source code in any way.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 All rights, ownership and interests of Cheers, including but not limited to the design, structure, interface and content of the software, belong to us.

5.2 Without our written consent, you may not copy, modify, publish, disseminate, or use Cheers for any commercial purposes in any form.

6. Disclaimer

6.1 Cheers is provided "as is", and we make no guarantees about its suitability, error-free or uninterrupted use.

6.2 Within the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use of Cheers.

7. Termination & Changes

7.1 We reserve the right to modify, suspend or terminate Cheers or any part of it at any time, without prior notice to users.

7.2 You can stop using Cheers at any time. If you violate any terms of this agreement, we have the right to terminate your access to Cheers at any time.

8. Others

8.1 The interpretation, effectiveness and dispute resolution of this agreement are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.

感谢您选择我们的Cheers App（以下简称“Cheers”）。本用户协议（以下简称“本协议”）是您与我们之间的法律协议。请您仔细阅读并理解以下条款。

1.1 您通过任何方式下载、安装或使用Cheers，均表示您同意遵守本协议的所有条款和条件。如果您不同意这些条款，请立刻终止使用Cheers。

1.2 我们有权在任何时间对本协议进行修改，并在Cheers内公告修改后的条款。修改后的条款自公告发布之日起生效。您继续使用Cheers即表示您已经接受修订后的协议。

2、软件功能

2.1 Cheers是一款点矩阵字幕文字显示应用程序，为用户提供在手机上展示自定义内容的功能。

2.2 Cheers内置多种字体、颜色和效果，用户可以根据需要进行选择和设置。

2.3 我们将不断更新和改进本软件，以提供更好的用户体验，但不承诺一定会实现特定功能或满足特定需求。

3. 付费方式

3.1 Cheers目前提供三种付费方式：周订阅、年订阅和终身会员买断制。

3.2 Cheers的订阅服务通过Apple Store进行自动续订，除非您在当前订阅周期结束前至少24小时取消订阅，否则订阅将自动续订并通过您的ITunes账户进行扣费。

3.3 终身会员买断制为一次性付费，购买后您将永久解锁Cheers当前的全部付费功能。

3.4 您同意并授权我们可以向您指定的支付账户收取相关费用。

4. 用户责任

4.1 您承诺在使用Cheers时遵守国家法律法规，不利用Cheers从事任何违法、违规行为，包括但不限于发布非法信息、侵犯他人权益等。

4.2 您应妥善保管您的手机设备及相关账户信息，因您自身原因导致的账户信息泄露或损失，由您自行承担。

4.3 您不得通过任何方式对Cheers进行反向工程、反编译或试图以其他方式获取Cheers的源代码。

5. 知识产权

5.1 Cheers的所有权利、所有权和利益，包括但不限于软件的设计、结构、界面和内容，均归我们所有。

5.2 未经我们书面同意，您不得以任何形式对Cheers进行复制、修改、发布、传播或进行任何商业用途。

6. 免责条款

6.1 Cheers按“现状”提供，我们不对其适用性、无错误或不中断使用作任何保证。

6.2 在法律允许的范围内，我们不对因使用Cheers而产生的任何直接、间接、偶然、特别或后续的损害承担责任。

7. 终止与变更

7.1 我们保留随时修改、暂停或终止Cheers或其任何部分的权利，无需事先通知用户。

7.2 您可以随时停止使用Cheers。如果您违反本协议中的任何条款，我们有权随时终止您对Cheers的使用权限。

8. 其他

8.1 本协议的解释、效力及纠纷解决，适用于中华人民共和国法律。
